Usually good, but today horrible! Walked in with a battery issue of which I bought the battery last year and was still under warranty. Person I spoke with, Allison, looked irritated to even be there. I explained my situation and she very lathargically said that the battry needed to be checked. I said OK but she said she was not doing it and I would need to wait for the only other person there who was working woth someone else. I waited another 5-7 minutes all the while watching her handle other customers. The other person finnaly finished and checked the battery. The car would not turn over when I tried again and had a clicking sound. The guy checked it and said that it needs to be charged which takes 35 minutes. I told him I dont have 35 minutes as I have to get ready for a road trip tomorrow. He said I would need to take it up with Allison. I explained to her that several weeks back that Ford tested it during an oil change and said it was low. Today we got back from Hurrican Matthew evacuation and it is dead after sitting uncrancked for a few days. The battery is under warranty and needs to be replaced. Allison refused until I sit for 35 minutes and charge it. If the charge did not work only then woukd ahe replace it. This was never stated when I bought the battery and I have had similar problems in the past and Advanced replced it. The is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time. I expect contact from someone above her or will swear off Advanced for good. Feedback: Honor the warranty and stop wasting my time by making me wait 35 minutes to "try to charge it."
